NORD PAS 14000 S.r.l._App Mo.C.A.® – Mobile Access Control

The Apps distributed by Nord Pas 14000 Srl (hereafter Nord Pas) are developed as additional modules of Q-81 HSE WEB APP.

By installing the app, the user declares that he/she has read the privacy statement given below, and the privacy statement provided by the commissioning employer as Data Controller.

When downloading the app from the Store (Microsoft Store, App Store, or Google Play Store), Nord Pas as data controller may process the following data related to the user: user’s name and data related to the device used (brand, model, operating system, geographic location), for the purpose of providing the application and for statistical analysis on the app users.

Personal data acquired during App installation are processed by Nord Pas and data processors on behalf of Nord Pas, appropriately identified pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, using automated tools, in accordance with the GDPR for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected.

Providing personal data is necessary for downloading and using the app. Refusal to provide personal data does not allow the download and use of the app.

Data subjects may exercise their rights at any time by contacting Nord Pas 14000 at amministrazione@nordpas.com. The DPO can be contacted by sending an e-mail at dpo@nordpas.com.

During use, the app will request permission to access device’s Camera; the user can manage the permissions granted to the app at any time, directly from the settings panel. Information such as Application usage data, cookies, etc. may be collected to improve the quality of services and features provided.

Data acquired and processed through the App will be processed in correlation with the information managed by other Q-81 HSE WEB APP modules by the commissioning employer as Data Controller, its authorized personnel and Data Processors. Please refer to Privacy Notice provided by Data Processor for information about processing purposes and data retention period.

The App will read the QR Code displayed by the worker, send it to Q-81 HSE WEB APP installation server and return the following information:

  • employee’s full name and company name;
  • status of authorisation for access to the worksite (in the event of a negative outcome of the check, the app will indicate the reason, e.g. absence of the necessary documentation and/or checks, or the presence of expired access authorisations).

All processing is performed on Q-81 HSE WEB APP servers; the information displayed by Mo.C.A. App is deleted after viewing, and is not stored in the mobile device.

At any time, the data subject may exercise his or her rights recognized by the GDPR with regard to the processing of personal data by contacting the Data Controller.

In accordance with current legislation, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
