NORD PAS 14000 S.r.l._App Mo.C.A.® – Mobile Access Control

The Apps distributed by Nord Pas 14000 Srl (hereafter Nord Pas) are developed as additional modules of Q-81 HSE WEB APP.

By installing the app, the user declares that he/she has read the privacy statement given below and the privacy statement provided by the commissioning employer as Data Controller.

During use, the app will request permission to access the device’s Camera; the user can manage the permissions granted to the app at any time, directly from the settings panel. Information such as Application usage data, cookies, etc., may be collected to improve the quality of services and features provided.

Data acquired and processed through the App will be processed in correlation with the information managed by other Q-81 HSE WEB APP modules by the Data Controller (commissioning employer), its authorized personnel, and Data Processors, appropriately identified, for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the privacy notice provided by the Data Controller, to which reference is made.

The App will read the QR Code displayed by the worker, send it (via encrypted connection) to the Q-81 HSE WEB APP installation server, and return the following information:

• worker’s full name and company name;
• status of authorization for access to the worksite (in the event of a negative outcome of the check, the app will indicate the reason, e.g., absence of the necessary documentation and/or required assessments, or the presence of expired access authorizations).

All processing is performed on Q-81 HSE WEB APP servers; the information displayed by the Mo.C.A. App is deleted after viewing and is not stored on the mobile device.

At any time, the data subject may exercise his or her rights recognized by the GDPR regarding the processing of personal data by contacting the Data Controller.

In accordance with current legislation, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority by accessing the website www.garanteprivacy.it.
