Software per SUPERVISORS

Strengthening of workplace health and safety regulations

Among the new features introduced by Law Decree No. 146 of 21 October 2021:

  • The supervisor is now considered the central figure in the management of prevention in the company and the “watchperson” of the Management System.
  • He/She is given new tasks and responsibilities, which is why reporting and control tools that can facilitate his/her task and protect his/her work and that of the employer are now essential.

Q-81 HSE software is the solution that allows you to simplify, speed up and innovate the application of Law Decree 146/21 in your company and the legal provisions applicable to Employer, Managers and Supervisors.

Overview of the major aspects introduced by Law Decree 146/21

The employer identifies the supervisor(s) for monitoring the vigilance activities referred to in Art. 19.

Q-81 HSE allows you to identify and appoint the supervisor by tracing the documentation and completed training. It also allows you to assign roles, duties and responsibilities.

The supervisor monitors and oversees on an on-going basis.

Using the Q-81® reporting module, including from smartphones and tablets, the supervisor performs his/her duties easily, quickly and securely. He/She also supervises the use of PPE.

The supervisor checks vehicles and equipment.

The Supervisor uses Q-81® checklists and reports to check workplaces, vehicles and equipment and to record non-conformities found. Through the system, he/she obtains reports and keeps track of the activity performed. The application also works offline.

Contract work: communications between client and contractors. The function of the supervisor must be defined.

Through Q-81’s contractor verification module, you can implement monitoring and reporting of workers assigned to the role of supervisor. Emails are eliminated and everything remains tracked by the system. A big advantage and a huge time saver!
